How Do I Place An Order?

​Use the Navigation toolbar to browse our segments and then click on the segment to see our offerings. If there is a product that interests you, click on the product image and you will be taken to the item’s product detail page.

To place a product in your Shopping Cart choose the options using the drop down menu (color and size) and then type the quantity (or click on the quantity box and use the up/down arrow to increase/decrease quantity). Once the quantity is entered, click on the “Add to Cart” button. The page will refresh and you will see a note that states “Product has been added to your cart”.

You may add additional colors or sizes the same way for the selected product, or browse for different products and add items in your shopping basket as needed. When finished, proceed to the checkout page by clicking the basket icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You can edit items in your basket or delete items at any time prior to reaching the payment step in checkout.

Items added to the shopping basket are not removed until you complete an order. If an item is in your cart and inventory is low, the item may become unavailable between the time you add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. If you have more than one item in your cart, the rest of the order will be processed and the out of stock item will not ship (you will receive an email notice informing you of the order status). Billing occurs at the time of shipment, so you will not be charged for items that do not ship.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

To purchase product(s), you will need to use a valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card.

Both the name field and the billing address fields must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card / credit card statement.

Please include your daytime phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.

What is your Shipping and Delivery Policy?

We ship globally to almost all countries.

Muz Lyfe processes and ships orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed in the province of Ontario in Canada). Properly completed orders submitted prior to 5 p.m. EST will be processed overnight and will ship the next business day.  Orders received after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day and shipped the day after. Please note, the following timelines and costs apply only to regular orders.

Our products are shipped via USPS first class mail.  A tracking number will be provided the next business day after the product is shipped.

Please see below schedule for delivery timelines:

– United States:  5-10 business days after product is shipped

– Canada: 7-12 business days after product is shipped

– International: 10-20 business days after product is shipped

*Products may arrive earlier, but that is beyond our control!

I got charged, customs and / or import taxes.  Isn’t Muz Lyfe supposed to cover that?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Muz Lyfe cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

What is your return and refund policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product shipped back to us.  We do not cover the return shipping fees.

Please contact us and obtain written confirmation from us, prior to shipping the product back.  We will give you a return address and work you through the process.

If a product is damaged we will cover the return fees and ship you back the same product in the same color and size, once we receive the damaged product.

**Please note that if there are any unreasonable chargebacks done against Muz Lyfe, we reserve the right to blacklist the buyer and the receiving/billing address.  No future orders will be shipped out.
