Refund Policy

Our Thirty (30) Day Return Policy

Muz Lyfe stands behind its products and offers a thirty (30) day return policy on all regular and sale merchandise purchased on www.muzlyfe.com. The thirty (30) days take effect from the shipment date according to the USPS online tracking system – return shipment must be received by Muz Lyfe within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date.

Muz Lyfe products purchased through our stockists will not be given a refund and are bound by the stockists’ own return policy.

In order for us to acknowledge and accept the return, you must contact us at returns@muzlyfe.com notifying us with your order number, product to be returned and reason for return. The product being returned must be unused and in the original condition with its original packaging. The return address will be provided when email contact has been initiated and the return request has been accepted. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is damage to the product.

If you are returning items with a value of over fifty dollars ($50), it is recommended a tracking shipping service is used or shipping insurance is purchased.

If the product received is damaged, Muz Lyfe will cover the return shipping cost (a receipt detailing shipping cost will be required), and will replace the damaged product with the same product without additional charge (same colour, sleeve-length, design and size). Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary. Refunds will not be processed on damaged items, as long as a replacement exchange can occur.

For a regular refund, once the product is returned and accepted, Muz Lyfe will apply a credit against the credit card used in the original order. We will send an email to acknowledge receipt of the returned item and the subsequent credit.

To avoid issues related to sizing, please review our size charts. Please note, to avoid possible shrinkage, you will need to follow the preferred washing instructions that has been outlined on the garment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within five (5) business of the refund acknowledgement email, please contact us and we will investigate. If determined that the refund has been processed on our end, we will provide proof of return and you may need to follow up with your appropriate bank or credit card institution.

Gifts

If you are purchasing Muz Lyfe product(s) as a gift, please validate the sizes prior to purchasing. Gifts also have the same return policy and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the receiver of the product. We will be happy to provide an exchange, but the return costs will be the responsibility of the receiver. The product will be required to be in original, unused condition in its original packaging.

Chargebacks

Please note, any unreasonable credit card chargebacks will result in the customer being blacklisted. No future orders will be shipped if it is in the purchaser’s name or has the same shipping / billing address.

We encourage all of our customers to work with us if there are any issues with their order prior to initiating a chargeback. We will do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied while being fair to all parties involved.
