Orders

Muz Lyfe processes and ships orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed in the province of Ontario in Canada). Properly completed orders submitted prior to 5 p.m. EST will be processed overnight and will ship the next business day.

Orders received after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day and shipped the day after processing.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. We will provide a USPS (US Mail) tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your order. To track the order, you can use the “Track Your Delivery” function at the bottom of the home page at www.muzlyfe.com or directly at the USPS website (Click Here).

Package Info Shows Delivered but Package Not Received

We know how important your order is! If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it in error. Speak with family members, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with a property manager or the concierge.

If you still do not have any luck, contact us by email at info@muzlyfe.com stating “Order Not Received” in the subject heading. Please provide us with your order number and we will do our best to assist you. It should be noted that Muz Lyfe is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We will try our best to work through this with you to find a resolution.

Timeline

Please see below for delivery timelines:

– United States:  5-10 business days after product is shipped

– Canada: 7-12 business days after product is shipped

– International: 10-20 business days after product is shipped

* Products may arrive earlier, but that is beyond our control!

Taxes and Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the shipment arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.  Muz Lyfe has no control over this.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Muz Lyfe. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
